Terms of Service

Welcome to Asset Giant! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the On-Site Asset Tracker software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”), provided by Asset Giant (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Subscriptions: The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (a “billing cycle”), typically monthly.
  • Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free tier at any time.

2. Payments

  • All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge you for your chosen subscription plan.
  • Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we may immediately suspend your access to the Service until payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you upload to the Service, including asset details, images, and files.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-Powered Features

  • Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest asset details based on images and text. These suggestions are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any data generated or suggested by the AI before saving it to your inventory. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Asset Giant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
