The Add/Edit Asset page contains a lot of information. To make this manageable on a mobile device, the interface automatically switches to a single-column layout where each card can be collapsed or expanded.
Toggling Individual Cards
By default, some less frequently used cards are collapsed to provide a cleaner view.
- To open a collapsed card, simply tap on its title.
- To close an open card, tap on its title again.
The arrow on the right side of the title indicates the card’s state (pointing down for closed, up for open).
Expand and Collapse All
At the top of the page, just below the main header, you will find two buttons:
- Expand All: Click this to instantly open every card on the page.
- Collapse All: Click this to instantly close every card, allowing you to quickly scroll to the section you need without excessive swiping.
Using these controls helps you focus on the specific information you need to edit without being overwhelmed by all the fields at once.
