Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions to Asset Giant’s On-Site Asset Tracker (the “Service”). We’ve kept it short and straightforward. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. If you have a billing question, please just email us at admin@asset-giant.com — we’d always rather sort things out for you directly.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account — there’s no need to call or email, and no cancellation fee.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, so you keep access until then. You simply won’t be charged for the next period.
- If you’re on a free trial, cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged at all.
2. Refunds
- Because you keep full access until the end of any period you’ve paid for, we generally don’t provide refunds for the unused part of a billing period, or for periods left unused on an open account.
- That said, we want you to be happy with the Service. If something has gone wrong — or you think you’ve been charged in error — please contact us and we’ll look into it fairly and promptly.
- Nothing in this policy affects any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law; where such rights apply, we’ll honour them.
3. Billing questions and disputes
If you believe there’s been a billing mistake, please contact us at admin@asset-giant.com as soon as you can. Tell us what happened and we’ll investigate every query and work with you to put right anything that’s genuinely gone wrong.
4. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Effective Date” above when we do, and any change applies to subscriptions and renewals from that date.
