Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to the On-Site Asset Tracker service provided by Asset Giant.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- To cancel, please log in to your account and navigate to the billing management portal.
- When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
- Access to the service will continue until your subscription expires at the end of the billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
- If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
3. Disputes
- If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our customer support team immediately at admin@asset-giant.com. We will investigate every claim and work with you to resolve any issues.
