We checked Asset Panda’s pricing page again on 3 August 2026. It contains no prices. What it contains is “Get a Demo”, “Get a Quote” and a phone number, with a seven-day trial that starts after the demo, on an annual contract.

That is a deliberate model and it works for organisations with a procurement process. It works badly for a small firm, because you cannot answer the simplest question — what will this cost me? — without booking a call and being qualified by a salesperson first. Then the answer arrives as an annual commitment.

Our prices are on the website. Free Forever for up to 100 assets. £19 a month for 500 assets and three users. £79 a month for 5,000 and ten users. Monthly or yearly, cancel when you like, and you can be tracking kit this afternoon without speaking to anyone.

What is different

• You know what it costs before you commit. Every plan and limit is published. No demo, no qualification call, no annual contract — monthly or yearly, cancel whenever.
• You can start today. Sign up, photograph a tool, and it is catalogued. There is no implementation phase.
• The AI catalogues from a photograph. Asset Panda has AI, and it is real — but Ursa works over the data you have already entered. Ours identifies an item you have never typed in, and fills in the make, model and specifications.
• Labels you design and print yourself, on every plan, with no tags to buy.
• Quotes and invoices from the same records — hire rates, labour and delivery lines, your own layout and full UK VAT. Quotes are unlimited even on the free plan.
• Priced in pounds by a UK company.

When Asset Panda is the right choice

They are an enterprise platform and we are not pretending to be one.

• You are a large organisation with a procurement process. A quote, an annual agreement, a named account manager and a formal onboarding are what Asset Panda is built around. If that is how your business buys software, it is the smoother path.
• You need deep configurability. Their custom groups let an administrator model almost any record type. We give you assets, locations, projects, clients, lists and custom fields — enough for most firms, but it is a fixed shape.
• You need someone accountable to you by name. Dedicated customer success is part of what you are paying for there.
• A caveat on the invoicing point above. Because Asset Panda is so configurable, a determined administrator may well be able to build something invoice-shaped out of custom groups. What we are saying is that we found no such feature in the box on 17 August 2026 — not that it is impossible. Ask them if it matters to you.
