You cannot find out what Asset Panda costs
We checked their pricing page again on 3 August 2026. It contains no prices. What it contains is “Get a Demo”, “Get a Quote” and a sales phone number.
That is a deliberate model, and for a large organisation with a procurement process it can work perfectly well. But if you are a firm with a van, a workshop and a few hundred items, it means you cannot answer the simplest question — what will this cost me? — without booking a call and being qualified by a salesperson first.
Our prices are on the website. Free Forever for up to 100 assets. £19 a month for 500 assets and three users. £79 a month for 5,000. No call required, and you can start without speaking to anyone.

Does Asset Giant have AI?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You can photograph an asset and have it identified and specced automatically, auto-fill details from a make and model, and ask your inventory questions in plain English. Asset Panda also offers AI tooling; the practical difference is that ours builds the record for you from a photograph.
Do I need to book a demo to try Asset Giant?
